| A year long of planning and the wait was over, soon after piggy out on hot dogs and burgers from the day before of that Super Bowl Sunday, my belly was full and I was ready to embark on a two week journey that would take me to the heart of America. The weather kept on changing, but I kept on truckin' all the way to the French Quarter of New Orleans, to the top of the Sears Tower, to find serenity in Springfield, IL. to visit the Kings and keep filling up on that belly of mine with the best Bar-B-Que this great country has to offer.
