Okay, maybe not bizarre, or even resembling pancakes, but DARN GOOD!!!

lightly toast 2 slices of bread(This works best with frozen bread) until it starts to get a little crunchy, but still floppy...get some Log Cabin pancake syrup(REAL maple syrup works too) and pour it onto the warm bread...enough to get it to spread around and start to soak into the bread.
Meanwhile, get some penut butter and put it on the other slice...THEN, get some Smart Balance OR Country Crock, or whatever "Butter Spread" you want and put a couple of teaspoons of it on TOP of the penut butter...place slice 1 onto slice 2 and eat...
Bananas are optional...ENJOY!!!

Penut butter, Miso, and Banana sandwich's are also quite tasty(go easy on the Miso, though).

Penut Butter and GOOD quality hot cocoa mix is quite good, too.
