I have seen Andrew eat testicals, penis, udders, butt, etc. With exception to the udder all have been male organs. Do people consume the female genatelia as well?

I would guess that the female genitalia just isn't that interesting, never have been considered to be a source of strength, and not being as large, either. I can think of two examples of internal female reproductive organs being eaten, which are frog ovaries and chicken uterus, from season one of Bizarre Foods. I suspect that such parts are used, in most cases, but combined with other "odds and ends", in sausages and other dishes that make use of the less desirable cuts.

Uterus is pretty common. Have not seen ovaries but it's likely because I haven't noticed. Will look next time I'm out shopping. BTW, I live in Atlanta and Honolulu. There is more variety of Asian food in Atlanta. It's missing the Polynesian, Filipino, and Portuguese influence of Honolulu. Instead Atlanta has Mexican and Central American flavor added to Asian foods.
Andrew could have tasted armadillo and black chicken right here in Atlanta. Hairy duck too. Squirrel, groundhog, and possum are not particularly unusual foods either. There are a number of markets where I can purchase frozen armadillo, live turtle, and live eel. About 90 miles North in Tennessee he could have some squirrel brains.
