We live right here in the US and recently moved from the East Coast to the Midwest. When we first arrived here we were invited to help out with a bull calf castration on a cattle ranch and the ranchers saved all the bulls' testicles and then deep fat fried them and ate them. They call them Mountain Oysters. It is not a joke, it is for real. Have you tried them before in your Bizzare travels?

Jeff, I'm originally from the Caribbean but when I moved to Wyoming my in-laws took me out for dinner and ordered what they called Rocky Mountain Oysters. They thought I wouldn't eat them but I had a second order of them. Once you realize it's just meat, you find it's tasty and very tender.

They have the Testicle Festival in Vinita, Oklahoma every year(You can Google it). Also we started having a party in Tulsa. Okla. serving different flavors and recipes for the "calf fries". We call it "The Bull Ball". They're great.
