Travel Channel 

We want this year's vacation to be in Quebec. Since this is their 400th anniversary, I've seen much promotion of Quebec City. However, my husband strongly dislikes cities. He probably would be willing to go there to rent a recreational vehicle, and hopefully we could sample that city for a few hours the day we pick up and drop off the RV.
We want to camp while in Quebec. Where? How do we find bi-lingual campgrounds? How can we experience and learn about rural and small town areas so many French Canadians came from when they immigrated to New England?
