I just started reading Kitchen Confidential the other day. I am in the middle of the chapter A Day in the Life and can't believe that some of what I am reading has truly come to life on tonight's show. To be able, not only to visualize this chapter as I read it but to see Tony in the trenches was wild. I have not been able to put this book down for days and tonight's episode was a great idea. I realize Tony being bullied into this challenge by another message board person was not to his liking but he rose to the challenge and this is now one of my favorite episodes.

Tony you did a great job!!! I love your show.
