While watching your episode on your return to the fire, your day in the kitchen you set off a lightbulb in my mind of Anthony Bordain's product line.

Negotiate a deal with a restaurant printer company to design a four color printer, hi def and the software to print out tickets so nothing is printed in the first half inch so the clip doesn't hide anything. And assign colors to the station, red for the grill, black for the deep fryer, blue for the dessert station and green for what ever you called the last station at the end of the slide...

You were having trouble reading the tickets because the printer was crap, there are hi def printers that would have been alot easier to read in a high stress environment like that.

The Software would be written to assign everything on the menu a color. The chef knows what station will prepare each item and enters it into that color column. When it is ordered and prints out you don't have to scan every item just look for your color.

There you go the Anthony Bourdain Printer coming soon to every high stress kitchen in the world. The food network boy's have the retail stores full of their crap. Here is your "George Foreman Grill". And it goes to those that matter, not the Bobby Fray fan club.
