I would like to know and I am sure I am not alone, the cost of the sushi dinner that AB said was the very best he has ever had

Perhaps that may be a quick note on each episode.

The culture and the food exist in such an elegant way.

The show portrayed that to a "T."

Frankly, I was disappointed!!! The king of street food, missed going eating great street food in Japan!! Tokyo show with Kyoto included? The king and lover of pork, not eating the best pork in Japan is does not seem right.

I am Japanese American, but have spent the past 13 years visiting Japan for business 2 - 3 times per year. I really do not think that Tony touched on the best part of regular folk Japanese food.

I think Tony needs to take a closer look at Japan to find the heart of Japanese food.
