Mr Bourdain,

I just watched your Romania episode again, amnd I have to say you were overly negative. You need some new perspective, me.

Your perception of Romania is scewed. You need to try a meal in Neptun or Poiana Brasov, or some in Bucuresti. The food is excellent. I spend a couple of weeks each summer visiting my inlaws and have tasted my fair share of food. Some sucked, but others were great. I can show you some good restaurants to try. By the way, it's pronounced "sweeka". It's the base drink, but try visinata (vishinata) a sour cherry version that is sweet, good and potent. Try Sura Dacilor or Coliba Haiducilor in Poiana Brasov and others in Bucuresti.
