I was disturbed to watch the program in Singapore in which Anthony ordered shark fins as part of a tasting menu at a restaurant modeled after a hospital.

Finning is a brutal practice in which sharks have their dorsal fin hacked off and are then thrown LIVE back into the ocean to suffer and die.
