I just wanted to take a moment, as I plop down with a second cup of coffee on Sunday morning and watch my absolute FAVORITE Salt' n' Pepper hottie, Anthony Bourdain; to say,"Thank you."

We are all citizens and students of the world and no one seems to understand and convey that more than you, Mr. Bourdain. I have followed you from that "other terrible network (FN)", to Travel Channel and I believe have never missed an episode of either.

Thank you for demonstrating respect, humility and showing an awe and apprecation for LEARNING of other cultures, peoples and the universal language spoken by all: nourishment and food. As different as they may be from your own background, political offiliations (Hello Ted Nugent), culture, or preferences (Thai boy/girls), you always seem to come from a place of first trying to understand and submerge than trying to judge, or subject. In its own subtle way, your show teaches the invaluable lesson of humanity versus nationality, of world citizenship versus ethnocentricity. For that I am deeply touched and appreciative.

I'm an avid traveler and will continue my strife to experience with all five senses, what I can only imagine, observe and listen to, with two. I'm still not eating any tripe, though!
