I was hoping to get a recipe for the pineapple wine that Bourdain had in the Chile episode. I see a reference to Pisco Sour, but don't think that's it.

I'm not sure if you could find that kind of wine because it's not white wine but a special one called "pipeño". Here's an explanation of what it is: http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vino_pipe%C3%B1o
Then you add pineapple ice cream and grenadine, rum or fernet.
