No reservations is one of my favorite shows in general, but watching Tony on the line makes the "Into the fire" show my favorite hands down.
Although I was privileged to get training in the continuing Ed program at the CIA, I started my culinary career as a dishwasher and most of my training was OJT.
Watching Tony "in the weeds" behind the line at his old restaurant brought back memories and brought a smile to my face that I couldn't wipe off a half hour after the show had finished.
Tony, you need to do more of this! and Keep up the great work!
