Background: I had surgery a week ago so I am couch bound for a while. I clicked on the TV and started watching travel channel b/c I couldn't find the remote. After dozing in and out through a few episodes of Samantha Brown tours Europe, I was prepared to brave pain to turn the channel. Then on pops Anthony Bourdain in Vietnam. I laughed so hard. I respect the way he really goes off the beaten path. He really jumps in there and tries some crazy foods. I haven't watched travel channel in years, but I plan to tune in on Monday nights to catch this entertaining and informative show.
