I am REAL glad Tony made that snarky comment about Hannity's brain. It was totally funny and necessary. People should know what others think and feel in our present raucous media climate. Supressing your opinion is certainly NOT what Fox News is all about. They're not the only channel on the planet that is allowed to voice opinions.

Thanks Tone. You are a total mensch for pointing your snark right at the bull's eye. Kudos!

@yttims9

you: "if we want GARBAGE POLITICAL STATEMENTS WE'LL TURN ON NBC!"[/QUOTE]

Whew! What a garbage political statement that is! It's clear where your sentiments lie. But guess what? You live in a country that has free speech, and as long as you aren't slandering someone (spreading ad hominem lies about them) or screaming "Fire!" in a crowded theater, a person can say any bloody thing he wants. And he can even carry fire arms to a meeting with the President of the United States. How about that for individual freedom!

My suggestion to you is that you dislodge your head from your @$$ and take a good look around this diverse, complex country of ours -- one that doesn't always share your opinions. You seem to be needing that kind of therapy.

If you're not interested in that, change the channel. Now that you know what Tony's politics are, you probably won't like the show anymore anyway. He and The Travel Channel will not miss your patronage.

As a fourth generation Montanan I was not impressed with the view of Montana that Tony and the viewers of his show got. Being from Missoula, I disappointed that Zoo Town was not featured on the show, especially considering how liberal Anthony is. Not to mention, our many art galleries, the museum, the university, some of the best food in Montana, and the incredible Bitterroot valley to the south.

I would have also liked to see Tony visit Butte, as I feel that there is a lot more Montana history and culture there than in Livingston. It was disappointing how nothing much was said about our mining history other than how pasties were a popular food choice for miners. That was, after all, one of the main reasons that white people migrated to western Montana in the first place.

And was there ANY mention of Native American culture? Living in Montana you are constantly surrounded with reminders of Natives and the Lewis and Clark journey. More than anything, in my opinion, the show should have shown how Montana is about diversity and acceptance, the whole "John Wayne" thing does not describe the culture in Montana anymore.

I know that there is only a limited amount of places, people, and food that they can feature on a short television show, but it is very irritating that no one ever shows Montanans as anything but ranchers, farmers, hunters, and fishermen. There is so much more that our state has to offer.
