One of the most moving segments I have seen on
"No Reservations" was the story about the little old man alone in his apartment making noodles in the old traditional way that no one wants to do anymore. It's sad that's the case with so many things nowadays, with nobody wanting to take the time and effort to produce a genuine quality product; just interested in how much money they can make.
