I love(d) the show. I enjoy the personal dialogue and the connection with the local people and their stories in a way only Tony can deliver. However, I am disappointed by they way this season is shaping up. Chile, a country I have dreamed of visiting, was crammed with a hypertreker/binge drinkers version of what could have been 3 different episodes. There wasn't much of a personal touch and it seemed kind of empty for a country with so much back story to work with. It appears the producers tried to hit every angle of the country and came up short everywhere. In the end, it was just empty and disappointing.

Rust Belt-It was ok. A little bit of soul but still stretched a little thin for three cities that could have had their own episode. Really, why would anyonen want to visit Baltimore? Talk to someone who used to live there for 20 minutes and watch "The Wire."Any traveler worth their flyer miles would be intrigued. Again, lots to play with, barely touched.

Street Food-Obviously the producers are either buying time to make bigger episodes, (hopefully) or they have hit a creative void and can not come up with the magic that made this show what it is/was. This is a greatest hits show which cheapens the product.

These three episodes have left me wondering how this crew is going to keep this show going. What happened to the magic that was the US/Mexico border? That was personal on so many levels. Tony really seemed to connect with the people in the episode, which aside from enjoying food, is what he does really well. Beirut, Cartagena, Uruguay, Argentina, even Los Angeles had that magic that makes this show great. Tony opens up the world to viewers and invites outsiders to the country, the food and most importantly, the people. If you can't do that every episode what's the point in putting this stuff on TV? It's just another travel show and No Reservations has made a reputation for being so much more.

Suggestions: Berlin, Munich, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Madagascar, Belize, Budapest, Venezuela. If you can't interact with people from these places in a way viewers care about, hang it up.
