Chile is not the only place that eats bull testicles. Check out the American Rockies; they eat something called Rocky Mountain Oysters after neutering the bull calves and other choice items. The American West and American Indian Tribes have some intereting food choices.

Thats true!! As a Colorado resident i can tell you the ONLY place to have Rocky Mountain Oysters is at Bruce's Bar in Severence- they look alot like fried clam strips...to tell you the truth I DID NOT try them but my husband ate a basket full & we had a GREAT night after! I know it's totally psycosymatic.. but great for me! HeHe
