Okay, so a couple of weeks ago we were at a house warming party and they had roasted a pig for the main event. the party goers started talking about eating barious parts on the pig when my bright and loving financee mentioned that I was a fan of this show where this guy eats everything under the sun. Of course everyone at the party dared me to eat the eye ball. When it was handed to me... I kind of freaked out because it was staring back up at me. But after a couple of seconds of people chanting "EAT IT EAT It" I threw that sucker into my mouth. At first it was really gross because as I started chewing... I began to think about what I was acutally eating. But once I could get the idea out of my head that I was chewing on an eye ball, I was able to savor the flavor if you will. The taste was actually very porky and very fatty. It was really not bad. Of course though.... I was not able to eat for the rest of the day because the thought of an eye ball in my tummy kind of grossed me out. But I am so glad I did it! It was a learning experience! Thanks Andrew for making it cool to eat eyeballs!
