Hi andrew your show on Beijing was at the right time. My son and myself was going to China that wednesday. After seeing the show, wehad to go to market to try the grasshoppers, seahouses, squid, and the live scorpions. I,ve been traveling the world since 1960 and this is one of the best places to eat off the street. Your are right the soup in the bumm will burn the roof off your mouth.thanks for the show it was one of your best,I,am happy to share your exprence, keep up the great show.
