Travel Channel

Love the show! I was visiting my son in the UK and we took a few days to travel the country.
We went to Salisbury, the home of Stonehenge, and ate in the oldest pub "The Haunch of Venison". Of course the choice obvious and the venison was superb. When we left we swung by Swansea and found the market packed. The cockles and welks were great but I was a timid sort and could not bring myself to try the lavabread.
We cooked the pheasant and hare at my son's flat using published recipes and they turned out great.
Next we are off to Edinburgh and will stop off at Crombie's for Haggis.
