I am writing this in regards to a fruit in Mexico called yaka. It is a very large fruit that grows on trees (think watermelon hanging off a tree). I was introduced to this fruit a couple of years ago while in a small town (Zacualpan, Nayarit) north of Puerto Vallarta, and I have always suspected it might be related to Andrew's nemesis...the durian fruit!

They sell the whole fruit, its juice, and there is even yaka flavored ice cream!

From what I've seen on the show, it looks similar on the inside...but the Yaka is very sweet. I've only eaten it once and haven't since because I think it leaves an oniony aftertaste. No one else believes me though...

I think that Andrew should go down to Mexico and try the yaka. I will also post an album with a couple photos of it!
