Hi,
I uploaded my video for the Bizarre Foods guest spot contest.
However, I got an email saying it was rejected. I think its the right size & format & length.
However, I can not find the online application form that is required.

There is one application form at the bottom of Bizzare Foods casting ruless I think.
However, it does not allow me to type anything and there is no SUBMIT button.

How can I find that form on the website???
The contest ends tomorrow!
