Hey Everyone, Does anyone know much about Polish food? I think it could be a great topic for a show; or at least this discussion board. Pierogis and bigos come to mind first. I had never had either until my first trip to Poland. (I'm now married to a Polish woman). Also there are street vendors in Krakow (and maybe other cities, I don't know) who sell cheese called oszczypek which is fantastic. I also saw a row of vendors all selling french fries by weight. No big deal, I just thought it was kind of funny. Then there is all the meats and sausages; all fantastic. And I think the dairy bars could be interesting just due to their history alone. Not to mention all the great food. I guess there isn't much that is bizarre about Polish food, but I thought I would write this anyway.

Great idea, but let Tony Bourdain do the show. Zimmern is a boorish clod and the perfect stereotypical American tourist: loud, ignorant, intolerant, self righteous and a thoroughly unpleasant fatbody.
