Is there some reason that the monkey could not have been taken to a zoo or a reserve? I think it was idiotic to leave it with this nutty tribe. Unfortunately, it has probably already been made a snack of.

If you really cared about the monkey, you should have done something. I find it appalling that you dragged people in to care about it for ratings and then leave it to be made a meal of. Pathetic.

I recall the one that took the monkey saying she would keep it as a pet. Lets hope when they make a deal like that there's some rule where the God will bring some curse to the village if they don't follow through. For some reason I felt the monkey would live a full and happy life.

I also feel removing an animal from the jungle and re locating needs lots of time and must be cleared. You cannot even bring plants from one area and transport without proper channels.

It seemed Mark was really hurting over this and to judge anothers heart from an hour goodbye without facts is not right.

You can't drag indigenous animals from their country of origin to other countries.
It's against international law.

Celt114 is irght. It is very difficult to bring anything abroad because of disease and dominate species taking over native species.
