Is anyone planning for their next vacation? If you have yet to visit Texas or were waiting for an excuse to come back, come to San Antonio and experience what’s beyond the Riverwalk. The J.W. Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa opens in March of 2010 and will feature 1,002 rooms, fine dining, a great spa and fitness center, two PGA TOUR TPC golf courses designed by legendary Pete Dye and Greg Norman, a multi-million dollar water park designed by the Sea World team – this will be the largest JW Marriott Resort and a one of a kind vacation destination.

It’s located north of San Antonio (20 min. from the airport) and provides easy access to all the attractions in the Hill Country region – historic towns, musical legends, award-winning vineyards and culture from the Spanish tradition to the deep German heritage of the settlers.

See it as it comes together at www.jwsanantonio.com

This sounds really good. I am wondering if the resort will open as scheduled. I'm mainly looking for San Antonio Dog Frinedly Hotel, and I 've heard that there are quite a few good Pet Friendly San Antonio Hotels. Will this Marriott welcome pet?

Which airport hotel are you referring to? There are several that do but your best bet is to call the hotel directly.
Good Luck!
