The show should definitely stop in Buffalo, New York. A place called Redlinski Meats sells Polish meats and is the headquarters for buffalofoods.com. They sell Buffalo chip dip, beef on weck, rye bread, sponge candy, horseradish, pierogi and of course Buffalo wing sauce. Buffalo has tons of traditional foods, and Redlinski Meats is the headquarters to get it all. I live in San Diego now, and get my Buffalo food sent to me! A great stop for the travel channel!

It would be wonderful if the show could visit Memphis during Memphis in May. Great BBQ & wonderful eating joints. The Rendezvous and Elvis Presley's Memphis are two awesome places to eat.
Look forward to watching the premiere of this show on the 15th.

If you go to Buffalo, I highly suggest making a side trip to Rochester.
There's a place called Nick Tahou's which defines "unique". "The Garbage Plate" is the ultimate late-night greasy food. Trust me.

Just don't leave the garbage from the Nick Tahoe's garbage plate in an enclosed area! The next day-it'll kill ya!
Rochester: Zeiwgler's White Hots, Ragu sauce, The best horseradish mustard, Conti's meat and very close to Sodus for the Helavgood cheese and horseradish products ever!!!
I miss my regional foods! But, have found some great new ones in NM!
