One of my favorite culinary trends is the utilization of locally grown foods at top area restaurants. In Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom many area restaurants craft their menus using cheeses, beef, vegetables, etc. that are grown and produced by their friends and neighbors. This "Farm to Table" trend is allowing our family farms to sustain their operations - meaning that the open farm lands and charming farm houses and barns will remain for years to come.
