that figure looks like his feet are propped up with his hands on his lap and the v is across his chest

Are these Cams supposed to be moving. Because the people on the one Cam have been sitting there in the same spot forever.

like 5 min ago i saw something run across the room from the very right hand top door down too and out of the fram at the bottom right and then i saw a big white ball go across the top of the screen
