sorry Ben i'l have to Tivo it SciFi is showing a live ghost hunt at Waverly Hills Sanatorium the ubercool newest trendy paranormal hot spot. Now THAT is a place the MH team should check out. That or the Stanley Hotel. Lots of activity there.

yeah thanks travel channel. i love having a show i'm told will run for 7 hours cut off so that i can watch some home shopping network program. between the censorship on this forum, and the cut off of programming, i seriously doubt i will bother watching the last 2 hours.

That so... suck.. I wish I would have know that before i started watching..

I don't get it? Why did she have to waste so much money to build a house. Wouldn't giving money to the families of the victims that died be better?

Total and COMPLETE BOLLOCKS!!!!! Watching the MHL show only to watch it cut off by the damn home shopping network! THANK YOU TRAVEL CHANNEL... REALLY GOT YOUR S**T TOGETHER DON'T YA? Don't worry UK and elsewhere.... you wouldn't have been able to see anything much anyway... the travel channel cuts you out when the show hits one of the most important activity of the night JUST when it gets interesting! Guess the tricks on us this Halloween. HAR HAR!

Next time, don't advertise it as LIVE ... advertise as semi-live ... I blew off work that desperately needed to get done tonight in order to watch the show and I'd planned on doing it on Saturday night ... Now I'm being told that the last 2 hours are a re-broadcast some 15 hours from now?

You might want to reconsider your advertisements and how you schedule things ... I could care less about the "Tobi" ... but wanted to see the seance etc ...

Oh and by the way, mod-ben ... it cannot be classified as an "encore" of the final two hours when you aren't even showing them to us the first time around.

You might want to re-word that to say "In order to see the final 2 hours, don't forget to tune in Saturday night at 11PM"

My husband and I live in Montana and we got cut off too...Here in the US LIVE means LIVE not 6 hrs live and you have to wait...what not much happend in the 6 hrs live so you have to cut everyone off so we cant see some made up nonsence to enhance ratings.....Gee I wonder why everyone is saying Taps this Taps that...hmmm maybe stuff like this is why...

I'm not blaming Most Haunted for the cut-off. I'm blaming the network or cable provider for it. That's so unfair...

The Discovery networks are the main reason why I subscribe to Cable.
But if they're going to be pulling BS like this, they will soon lose another viewer.

I do not understand how they could stop the show and put on a informercial!!!!!!! this is horrible after waiting for it all this time!!! Comcast confirmed this is on the travel channel. Next time don't screw up!!!!!

Everyone is absolutely right to be miffed about this. It isn't the first time it's happened. This is a Comcast problem. Comcast is the company that air's it, they contract with the Discovery Channel/Travel Channel, and it absolutely should be advertised as a semi-live event taking place over two nights. I see the moderator posted that the last two hours will be shown today Oct. 20th in the late evening hours. We as fans will have to check with Comcast to see if they will show it or not.
Im very disappointed this year there is no sound and the auto switching of camera's for the thousands of viewers who got switched to paid broadcasting, we want to see whats going on in the Seance Room. This again is why I think I'll be looking at Direct TV. >.<
Aside from that, I love the show. I'm a huge fan, and yes Taps is fabulous but Comcast took the Sci-Fi channel in Chicago and suburbs and made it a pay channel. It's all about money here people. So sad ..

A couple of things....
1) when you say 11pm EDT AND PDT....does that really mean 11 PDT or 9? Cuz Travel Channel advertised tonight as "9pm EDT/PDT" and well, we all know that wasn't so true....
2) I am not going to take my fury out on Most Haunted, not their fault Discovery Networks seems to rather sell knives in the middle of the night. I met the team tonight and they were all so lovely and excited for this investigation. I like TAPS too and what happened this morning surely is a disgrace, but people, please remember that it isn't MH's fault....
oh yeah....anyone remember the Raiders/Jets game where heidi took over? SHEESH!

After reading that some were cut off, I kept waiting for it to happen to me. It never did. I live in south Alabama, and have Time Warner, so this must have been a cable provider issue, not a Travel Channel issue.

I live in Rochester, NY and get Time Warner Cable. The guide on the TV said that the show was only on till three but it actually went until four without cutting me off! I was surprised after hearing that so many people got cut off, I just assumed that I would.

It is just as well you cut out the last hour you have not found nothing anyways. The guys on Ghost Hunters have you people beat anyways.

I see I am not the only one so PPO'D about this infomercial BS. I pay for my comcast and I pay extra to have the Travel 'Discovery Etra' Channel. And for a month I have been bombarded with MH USA Live. I changed my life around to watch this Special Event because I was urged to do so. This IS like going to the Championship Game and it is so Hyped, when you get to the final 2 minutes of the game score is tied.....your told to leave or better yet your TV shows CommercialsCommercials ~!!???

You're in Montana? Where? How cool! I am from Billings, Montana, but now live in Los Angeles where I have a paranormal practice!! COOL of you to be watching up there!!

The MHL program in it's entirety just finished up, and it's 4:00am in Los Angeles. We have Time Warner cable, so we avoided the Comcast problem.

I thought the team getting that table flying all over the seance room was pretty cool -- that takes a lot of energy for entities to manifest that much movement, even though as a TV viewing audience, people get "bored" after about 3 minutes of the same table movement. I've been the Clairvoyant Medium for a couple of taped TV programs, and actual phenomenon doesn't occur on "cue", so you sort of do your best to get what you get. MH is really entertaining to me -- it seems more about the experience of making contact with the afterlife, rather than de-bunking, but even Yvette seemed to be more analytical this show, which was interesting. Ghost Hunters takes a much different approach in general, and I love that show, too.

I can't WAIT to watch Ghost Hunters at Waverly Sanitarium!! That place is PACKED with REALLY creepy phenomenon. Spooky! I'd like to see the MH group there, too!

I posted at the cam forum too. I have Directv and they showed the show in it's entirety.

From what I understand...most of the people who lost the show had Comcast, and the infomercials that aired during said cut off were not the same in all areas. Reason for this is Comcast, although be it nation wide, services it's customers in a more localized fashion. Hence they have contracts with varios info or tv sales companies that specialize in a particular region.

Directv is a nationwide satillite system whichs transmits nationwide simultaniously. Most Haunted started at 8pm here in northern Illinois where I am but would have started much earlier for someone in Cali who has Directv, but we both were watching the show at the same time due to our own personal time zones.

This is why I have Directv and got rid of Comcast.

I will say this much..Directv has there drawbacks to. I was watching Ghost Hunters last Halloween when it cut off, but at least Directv had enough guts to admit that it was due to them doing maintenance, and didn't try to blame someone else.
