Haiti is a beautiful tropical island which is high misunderstood. The culture of this country surpasses many that I have seen and the food is a mixture of African, French and Spanish .Griot- highly seasoned and spiced fried pig bites, Legium- a melting pot of local vegetables and meats cooked to a stew and Cremas- a late night homemade coconut drink. I think that tony would have a great time in Haiti.
