I think it is time that Anthony goes and tries some traditional finnish foods like kalakukko - bread with fish and bacon baked inside of it and karjalanpiirakka - rye pies with rice filling and maybe even some verilatty - blood pancakes. Not to mention some raindeer stew and wonderful cured salmon with some koskenkorva - schnaps. I think he is ready for it!

Yes, I agree Finland would be cool, I saw a TV program on Helsinki, and they showed a tourist trolley that serves beer on the trolley!! And you folks make some wonderful beer too!! I cannot remember how to spell the name of the wonderful Baltic porter I had from there,Synbrchoff? I think..
