Husband, mother and I just back from 2 weeks in Chile. Awesome country. Visited Santiago, day tripped to Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. Spent 6 nights in Pucon. Not exactly the epicenter of gourmet dining. However the food is good and the people are wonderful. The scenery is spectacular.
