I attended this year and I can honestly say that I had they best meal of my life. Sean Paxton created some of the most unique dishes that you could imagine....veal cheeks...bison tongue...roasted eel..and the list goes on.

If you are a fan of Belgian beers you could die happy after this meal. We had the opportunity to taste beers that you will never again be able to taste in this country or any other.

This event is worth the trip, for tv or personal pleasure, either way you will be treated like family from the moment you arrive. Everyone has their favorite pub where they feel welcome, but Chris's hospitality was truly unbeleivable.
