I have been told by those who venture too eat at my home, my italian food is the best.
I have no formal traning except of course, my life before the age of 23, when I moved away from my Mother's house.

Before that there was handrollimg of gnocchi, sauce that cooked scratch made for 6 hours with pork neck bones, italian sausage, and the famous meaatballs. Chicken parmaseana, sausage and peppers sandwich to die for. And finally, the Italian Cream Cake that will finish you off for sure.

Where in the world should you go? Show some of those people out there that the generations, like me, as we were forced to chop and pour, did pay attention, and now, feed the neighborhood.

My mother finally gave me her brownie recipe after I was married and another two months to make sure it wasn't annulled. The brownies come out to die for and we have chocolate egg-creams.With dinner we drink, red wine, anisette and some of everything. Don't forget the chilled lemonciello shooters and fresh houston fruit.

You are missing out on a huge party! Come on over. You might even pick up a few tricks.
