I would love to see Tony travel to Managua, Nicaragua one of central america's poorest countries. I think he should start there at the capital and then travel by river to Bluefield, where he can go on a quest for the "White Lobster." He should definately travel during the May Pole Dance season. Boy I'd love to see Tony dance the May Pole dance. Tony should also try to meet some Miskito Indians. Politics, Good Humble Food, and drug trafficking all in all should make for a good show.

Good Food: Indio Viejo - Shredded Beef in a masa thickened stew.
Baho - Banana leaf steamed Pork, Beef, Ripen Plantains, Yucca served w/cabbage slaw.
Huevos de Tortuga: Turtle eggs.
Salpicon: Poached beef chopped up finely with Onion, Bell Pepper served with "Arroz Blanco"
Mondongo: Beef Tripe Soup
Nacatamal: Nicaraguan Tamale wrapped in Banana leaf usually Pork, a huge chunk of bacon, prunes, rice, potato, onion, cilantro, tomatos in a Potato-Masa
Quesillo: Nicaragua's version of string cheese served w/sour cream and curtido

He should try every different cheese he could find. I have never seen/tasted so much stinky cheese!

All of this served with some "Flor De Cana" aka Rum.
