I know you've been to Italy a couple of times, but the Tuscan thing is so hackneyed, and the whole Dario thing is a little out of control. As a New Yorker, all of what you first learned about Italian food was through Neapolitan immigrants, and going to Naples with a 1st generation Italian-American to eat a pizza and maybe a little seafood salad would make for some good TV. Seriously, Naples is the encapsulation of what everybody knows (and doesn't know) about Italy. How cool is it when you can take something people "think" they know, and spin it on its end?
