An innovative mobile restaurant called Müvbox has just sailed in to Montréal. Made from an old shipping container, this restaurant unfolds in a mere 90 seconds.

While Müvbox serves up some pretty tasty snacks (I loved their lobster rolls and creamy clam chowder) and features some retro-meets-space-age aesthetics, the real beauty of this restaurant is that it’s designed to be moved from one location to another.

Muvbox will be stationed in Montréal’s Old Port until September 2009. So Hurry Anthony!
