My suggestion would be for Tony to check out the fun and madness that is Burning Man. I am hesitant because a show of NR's size and reach could have drastic implications on the future of the event. Discovory did a show there a couple years ago on one of their alt channels; but I'm betting Travel Channel has a lot more viewers. Maybe instead of an NR episode on Burning Man, Tony could do a journalistic piece. Heck, he could just go for the fun and not publicize it at all. Just do it for the experience. And what an experience it is.
Oh, and if you've never been to Burning Man before: Don't go, it sucks. You will hate it. Trust me.

Burningman officially became over once I went in '99. Or 2001. Or 2003.
Seriously though, it's not really a cuisine-driven experience, so I don't think it's such a good fit for the show. I think I mostly ate campfire food while I was there on my three trips.
