I think he should go around the US exploring the various staples of college towns. This includes tailgates, late night post bar food, local specialties etc. Start the college tour in Columbia, Missouri home of the Tigers!

Exactly what I was going to suggest!! There is some awesome "Hole in the wall" Places to get great food in college towns, as well as some great traditions! Definitely should come explore College Station, TEXAS!!
