Tony needs to come to the great Inland Northwest! I'm talking Spokane, WA Tekoa, WA Coeur 'd Alene, ID Sandpoint, ID and so much more. The Inland Northwest is full of great cooking that is multicultural, authentic, and tasty. Simple people making simple and delicious meals. No pretenses, just straight up good stuff. Flavors are abundant and to die for and the people who create such wonderful meals will make you want to come back again and again.
Since the dawn of time, the Inland Northwest has always been in the shadow of Seattle. Yes, Seattle had great food, secret dining societies, and kick ass clam chowder; but the Inland Northwest has a whole community that provides fresh produce for most of the year that you can pick yourself! It also has great Mexican food. Not that crappy Mexican food drenched Mole sauce, but real Mexican food from a taco trailer. Finally, the Inland Northwest has variety. One trip to Pig Out in the Park during Labor Day weekend will show you how much diversity there truly is with over 40 different restraints taking part in serving over 225,000 servings of food, desserts, beverages and treats.
So come Tony, come to the place that will make your taste buds beg for more.
