I know that Tony has been to India before (Rajasthan and the Kolkata-Mumbai episode in Season 2) but India is a country of a billion people and a million cuisines! So there is always more to do, see and eat. And India's Western coatline has all of those things Tony likes so much - Beautiful countryside, beaches, great seafood, culture, the works. The best thing about food in this part of the world is how it varies as one moves from mumbai in the north through Maharashtra, Goa and Karnataka before finally reching Kerala. I'm sure Tony will find this journey fascinating!!!
