Mr. Bourdain, I think that as a show you should come to Taiwan. I was born and partly raised in Taiwan by my family members. I will tell you first hand that In Taiwan you can literally eat until you pass out just on one street. In all your travels I don't think I've ever seen you eat Taiwanese pork belly roast. It's pork belly that has been slow cooked in a soy sauce broth with many herbs. To me it is the essential comfort food. Greasy, Hot, and oh so delicious. If you do decide to come to Taiwan I will promise you many home cooked meals with me and my family and a 5 star sushi experience at my cousin's 5 star sushi restaurant. Come see and meet the people of a country that are repressed internationally by China but are still fiercely proud to be Taiwanese. We are like China without the dirtiness. I know that you have been to Taiwan in one of your episodes previously but we only got about 5 mins in the show. Come and really dig down deep into the culture of a country that has been overshadowed by China. I am very proud of where I'm from and I would like to show you all the beauty of the country and the simple goodness of the people in my country.
