US breadbasket...corn, soybeans, and YES. Hogs. Some dairy, some wheat, some beef, and a huge turkey operation.

You could also consider Amish Country...Lancaster County PA, US. The only problem is that the people don't like being filmed. You could however...talk to some of the non- or former-Amish folks there and bleep out the faces of the rest. Amish people are in an extremely unique culture in this country and food is very big part of it. I bet anything that Tony could handle the situation with respect and diplomacy. He is an excellent guest everywhere.
