I would like to see Anthony go to Mongolia. I've been there and I can tell you that Mongolian food is hard to swallow unless you like mutton and marmot! (I've actually never had marmot but I can tell you that's what the nomads eat in the countryside.)

If Tony can eat brain and get full-body torture in Uzbekistan, then he can surely handle Mongolia.

He should go during the Naadam Festival in the summertime, tour the city, catch the Mongolian State Circus and a concert of traditional music (throat-singing), spend a few nights in the countryside, and ride horses with WOODEN SADDLES. And if he can manage to find some great and innovative Mongolian cuisine, then so much the better.
