Home of the hot dish! We have over 10,000 lakes, the North Shore of Lake Superior (Bettys Pies!), more state parkland than any other state, great night life in the Twin Cities, awesome walleye, and I make an absolutely killer breakfast of biscuits and bacon sausage gravey, fried eggs, juice, and lots of coffee, and home made carmel rolls. Minnesota is all about COMFORT FOOD, and I think we do it best. This time of year, we really start cooking and baking again, now that it's getting cooler- and I'm stoked for it!
