Philadelphia has so much to offer. I am almost ready to graduate with a 2 year culinary degree and even as a rookie I can tell you Philly has alot to offer! I live about an hour away, I go there all the time (My brother and his wife live in Fishtown) and we go to the Reading Terminal and Italian Markets there very often. There is so much history in the food to be seen, Gravy Wars, and so much more. Chef Bourdain I think Philly would make a perfect episode and I would love to see you go there. Anyone else agree on Philly?

I totally agree. The Italian and Reading Markets are great and full of characters and there's so much more to Philly than cheesesteaks. In my one year there I remember a lunchtruck that served really tasty glass noodle soup. And a pizzeria off Market which had an amazing prosciutto and sour cream pizza........................
