I found the best Disney itinerary and touring plans service and I thought that I should share. It is called Custom Mouse Plans and it is great! They planned our itinerary, did touring plans, gave us tons of tips, and even made our dining reservations. We didn't wait more than 10 minutes for any ride, even on New Year's Day!
