You are invited to follow our life-altering experience beginning this May. I am graduating from college May 23rd, and then my boyfriend and I will be embarking on a two-week road trip up the California coast (from San Diego to Washington) to visit friends and family before we move to Japan on June 10, 2009.

What's so unique about our travel plans? Well, to begin, neither one of us speak Japanese yet, neither of us have ever traveled abroad, thankfully we will be moving in with a friend in Osaka, we are committing ourselves to our new life in Japan for 1+ years, we are going to work as English teachers (which we've also never done, although we do have our TESOL certificates), we will also be doing lots of partying and exploring, we are going to Hong Kong on September 8th---We are basically giving up our wonderful lives in sunny San Diego to take a chance of a lifetime to do something completely new and foreign in the amazing country of Japan. Guaranteed this experience will change our lives forever.

Personally, I think our experience constitutes a reality t.v. show to record our ups & downs, triumphs and let downs, difficulties and the rewards of our efforts.
