Villa Boscardi. I came on vacation to Belize about 3 weeks ago. I stayed at a great small hotel. They were extremely friendly. The rooms were spectacular, they were very well decorated. If I ever had to go to Belize again I would definately stay there. Their email address is boscardi@btl.net....besides Belize(Central America ... Bordered by Mexico in the north, Guatemala on the East and South, and the beautiful Carribean Sea on the West.) has a variety or things to do. If you feel like going swimming, you can take a boat ride (or an airplane ride) to the cayes. the crystal Blue waters are marvelous. I saw Dolphins, Manatees, Sting Rays, and a variety of colorful fish. Belize also has the second largest barrier reef in the world! it is the largest in the western hemisphere!! Belize also has a lush green tropical Rain forest, perfect for adventurous people. The maya ruins are amazing! Their culture is so diverse, but yet everyone is so friendly. I loved it!
San Ignacio resort is nice. their website address is www.sanignaciobelize.com The food and rooms are wonderful. if you can see the maya sites such as Xunatunich, El Pilar, Caracol or even Tikal in Guatemala. these ruins are beautiful to see and if you have a guide they can explain the history to you, it is quite amazing. This resort hotel has a tour company that will take you to these ruins and many other places. I loved it while in belize and look forward to going back again and again.
